February 18th, 2008The monthly meeting of the wrestling club will be held on March 12th 2008 at 7:00 pm in the middle school cafateria. A reminder that April will be nomination of officers to be elected for a 2 year term. Coaches lets get working on our budget for the 2008-2009 season. I would like to have them for the april meeting or before if possible. Please try to make sure your budget is complete for your needs the next year this way we can perform a complete budget all in one setting. Make sure your bills are in to Merrill as soon as possible and your year end finances are completed as soon as possible, Thank you

HALIFAX JR. HIGH TOURNAMENT
January 8th, 2008If you look to the right you will see a page for the Halifax tournament. Our Jr. High team wrestled well and produced alot of place winners. Alan Miller was our only Champion, but other wrestlers won 2nd, 3rd, and 4th place medals. I have posted pictures from that day.
ELEMENTARY TEAM RECORDS A WIN IN THEIR FIRST SVEWL MATCH.
January 8th, 2008On Sunday January 6th, our elementary varsity wrestling squad won their first dual meet against Montoursvilles varsity with a score of 61-49. All Mifflinburg wrestlers did a wonderful job. This was the first match for the Mifflinburg squad since joining the league this year. In addition, the JV team also wrestled great in their matches against Montoursville.
